How often should I clean my carpet and upholstery?
As often as it takes to prevent soiling or spots from becoming permanent. Normally depends on the traffic in the home. Professionals suggest once a year for carpet and every 2 to 3 years for upholstery.
How long does drying take?
Carpet dries in 12- 24 hours. Upholstery dries in 6 – 12 hours depending on the fabric, temperature and air flow in the home.
How wet will my carpet be?
Carpet should be damp slightly, not overly wet. Most of the water is extracted out during cleaning.
Can you clean a mattress?
Yes! A mattress is just casing filled with cotton and springs like a sofa or chair.
How do you clean a mattress?
With warm water and shampoo, then extract out the water and shampoo the same way upholstery is cleaned.

Do you move furniture?
We move most furniture depending on the weight. We do not move piano’s or 2 piece china cabinets.
Do you use dirty water?
Clean water is always used in the cleaning process.
Do you put protectors under furniture?
Paper cards or Styrofoam blocks are placed under furniture to protect it from wood or rust stains.

Yes! We will come to your home or business to give you a free estimate.
How long does cleaning take?
From 30 minutes to 2 1/2 hours depending on the size of the job.
Can you remove stains and spots?
Spots are usually removed when cleaned. Stains are permanent damage to the carpet fibers.
Is there a discount for just cleaning the traffic areas?
We will give a discount when only the traffic area is cleaned and not under the furniture area.
How often should my mattress be cleaned?
You should clean the mattress yearly to prevent dust build up on the pillow top.
